Luxury Living in Prestigious Amapas. Horizon Residences were designed and built with large, open floor plans to provide its Owners the comfort and amenities required to enjoy the best of year-round living which Puerto Vallarta offers.

Consisting of 45 residences, 33 in the North Tower and 12 in the South Tower, every residence has a large balcony spanning the living, den, and master bedroom areas to provide the feeling of indoor/outdoor living. With unobstructed views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay, during the day you can watch the ocean activities, including the whales and boats passing by and at night enjoy the city lights and fireworks from around the bay or relax and fall asleep listening to the ocean waves.

Amenities include one of the largest and most complete private gyms in Puerto Vallarta and three separate infinity swimming pools. The large pool having an in-pool bar is located at the North Tower and the two smaller pools at the South Tower. There are open and covered entertainment / lounge areas with great lounge chairs and daybeds.

The security of our Owners is of the utmost importance. The reception desk is manned 24 hours a day and includes Security monitoring of exterior cameras throughout the property including all access points. Anyone not accompanied by an Owner can only access the property through the secured reception area. In addition, each residence has secured and assigned off street parking.

Driving Directions

At the south end of the Zona Romantica, continue south on the Mismaloya Highway (Highway 200) past the Pemex gas station on the right and go approximately 1.1 km. Just past the entrance to Paramount Bay Condominiums on your left (which is directly in front and below Horizon Residences) you will see a sign on the Mismaloya Highway for “Casa Rio Amapas” on the right hand side of the road, take the next left (1st left past Paramount Bay) tuning onto Los Pinos, proceed up the mountain to Prolongacion Conchas Chinas and turn left to #143, which will be on the right. Where you turn left onto Prolongacion Conchas Chinas you will see a very tall stone wall with the Horizon Residences sign.
